Telephone Interviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interviewer to conduct telephone surveys and record responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the phone and record responses using a CATI system
• Engage positively with the public while maintaining neutrality and unbiased responses
• Continuously develop skills through training and support from colleagues and Team Lead

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time
