Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telephone calls to potential respondents for survey projects
• Read survey questions verbatim and accurately record responses
• Follow project-specific calling protocols and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Texas
• Basic computer proficiency with keyboard, mouse, and web-based systems
• Ability to conduct phone conversations for extended periods
• Reliability and adherence to an agreed-upon work schedule
• Preferred prior experience in telephone surveys or polling interviews
