Telephone Responder

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer high volume incoming calls from AAA Members in need of Roadside Assistance
• Accurately input Member information and provide necessary instructions
• Use online mapping tools to determine Member breakdown location and establish tow to destination

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year customer service experience, call center/inbound call taking experience preferred
• Proficient computer use and typing skills
• Familiarity with maps and map reading preferred
• Successful completion of three-week virtual training class
