Telephone Verification Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephone Verification Operator QAC (Part-Time Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify and document information for insurance applications
• Use the Quality Assurance database to assess additional customer information needed
• Maintain communication with management regarding actions in the Quality Assurance database

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm
• Proficient use of computer and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Desire to learn and grow within the company
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
