Telephone Verification Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephone Verification Operator QAC (Part-Time Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify and document information for insurance applications
• Conduct assessments using the Quality Assurance database to determine additional customer information needed
• Explain the application process and maintain communication with management regarding database actions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
• Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Desire to learn and grow within the company
