Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Completes telephonic outreach to members and assists with scheduling provider appointments
  • Educates members on care gaps and connects them with community resources
  • Maintains schedule adherence and ensures compliance with health information regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of call center or telephonic customer service experience
  • 1+ years of professional experience in an office setting utilizing telephone and computer
  • 1+ years of healthcare, insurance, or community outreach experience
  • Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for shift schedules
