Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice
  • Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to create and implement tailored treatment plans
  • Evaluate and modify case goals based on the progress of the injured/disabled person

Required Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • 2+ years clinical practice preferred, with workers' compensation-related experience
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred
  • Must have reliable internet
