Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice
  • Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to create and implement tailored treatment plans
  • Evaluate and modify case goals based on patient's improvement and treatment effectiveness

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of Worker's Compensation or Occupational Health experience
  • Knowledge of Florida Worker's Compensation Case Management
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) Compact license in good standing
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management required (CCM, CRC, CRRN or COHN)
