Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice
  • Collaborate with physicians and employers to create and implement treatment plans
  • Evaluate and modify case goals based on the individual's improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • 1 year of Workers' compensation-related or Occupational Health experience preferred
  • Active MA Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management
  • Must have reliable internet
