Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice
- Collaborate with physicians and employers to create and implement treatment plans
- Evaluate and modify case goals based on the individual's improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- 1 year of Workers' compensation-related or Occupational Health experience preferred
- Active MA Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- URAC-recognized certification in case management
- Must have reliable internet
