Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager for a full-time, remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice
Create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
Collaborate with treating physicians/providers and employers to facilitate early return to work

Qualifications:

Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
2+ years clinical practice preferred
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
URAC-recognized certification in case management
Must have reliable internet
