Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager for a full-time, remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice
  • Create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
  • Collaborate with treating physicians/providers and employers to facilitate early return to work

Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • 2+ years clinical practice preferred
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management
  • Must have reliable internet
