Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic interviews with insurance applicants in a professional environment
• Collect and document clients' health history and care needs using a scripted format
• Submit documentation to Underwriting and meet established quality and production expectations

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a telephonic or customer service role preferred
• Ability to work in a quiet environment without distractions
• Familiarity with data entry and documentation processes
• Willingness to participate in compliance training as required
