Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic interviews for insurance applicants in a professional environment
• Collect and document clients' health history and care needs using a pre-determined script
• Submit documentation to Underwriting and uphold compliance principles as outlined in company policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with data entry and documentation processes
• Willingness to participate in compliance training initiatives
