Job Summary

Conducting telephonic interviews for insurance applicants, the full-time Telephonic Interviewer will work Monday to Friday, ensuring accurate data collection and documentation in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic interviews for insurance applicants, maintaining a quiet and professional environment
• Utilize scripted follow-up questions to gather comprehensive health history and lifestyle information
• Document interview results accurately and complete all interviews in a timely manner according to department guidelines

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field is a plus
• Experience in a customer service or telephonic interview role preferred
• Ability to maintain a high productivity level and quality standard in documentation
• Strong organizational skills to manage interview schedules effectively
• Familiarity with insurance processes or terminology is advantageous
