Job Summary

Conducting telephonic interviews for insurance applicants, the full-time Telephonic Interviewer will manage calls from clients, gather health history information, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic interviews for insurance applicants in a distraction-free environment
• Document clients' health history and lifestyle information accurately using scripted follow-up questions
• Maintain productivity and quality standards as per department guidelines

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or telephonic interviewing preferred
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM CST
• Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripted questions
