Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete initial assessment reports and establish disability duration timeframes
- Review and analyze medical records to develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with claims teams to manage recovery and return to work processes
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; BSN preferred
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification or similar preferred
- 3 years of experience in Workers' Compensation Case Management preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office products
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
