Job Summary
Providing telephonic education to patients and caregivers, the fully remote Senior Care Specialist will perform clinical assessments, document interventions, and support department projects while adhering to clinical protocols and nursing guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct clinical telephonic assessments and provide disease-specific education to patients and caregivers
- Document all clinical interventions and gather necessary data according to program guidelines
- Assist in training new hires and support department projects as required
Required qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited state-approved school of nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Three years of clinical experience as an RN
- Proficient in using Microsoft applications and efficient in multitasking between various software
- Diverse clinical background in areas such as Neurology, Rheumatology, or Oncology
