Telephonic RN After Hours Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic After Hours RN for Long Term Care, Part-Time, Remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telephonic care and direction to members and facility staff during overnight, weekend, and holiday hours
• Assist with care coordination activities and telephonic triage of incoming calls
• Document all clinical information, telephonic assessments, and activities in the appropriate documentation tool

Required Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
• 3+ years of clinical experience in a related setting
• Licensed in at least 2 specified states initially
• Computer proficiency in electronic clinical records and Microsoft Office
• Dedicated space for a home office setup and access to high-speed internet services
