Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Registered Nurse for a remote 24/7 Occupational Health triage call center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls from customers
• Document each call efficiently and accurately while following triage algorithms
• Provide superior customer service and ensure HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls
• Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Availability to work every other weekend and major U.S. holidays
• Private workspace at home with high-speed internet access
