Job Summary

To support a 24/7 Occupational Health triage call center, full-time Telephonic Registered Nurses will manage a high volume of incoming calls, provide assessments using proprietary algorithms, and document interactions while working remotely during designated shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and document a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls from clients
• Complete accurate assessments of symptoms using Medcor's Triage Algorithms
• Provide superior customer service while adhering to HIPAA compliance policies

Required qualifications

• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls
• Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Willingness to work every other weekend and major U.S. holidays
• Access to a private space at home for patient privacy and high-speed internet
