Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish/English Telephonic Injury Triage RN - FT
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide telephonic triage services to injured workers in a home-based setting
- Handle one caller at a time, focusing solely on the individual's needs
- Utilize proprietary algorithms to guide the triage process effectively
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in at least one U.S. state
- Current BLS (CPR) certification
- Proficiency in MS Windows and software data entry
- Access to high-speed internet and email programs
- Typing speed of 40 wpm and experience with MS Office, including Excel
