Telephony Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Design Engineer 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate level telephony design engineering duties, including developing transport and call flow designs
• Document circuit, facility, and transport designs accurately to ensure compliance with established standards
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support call flow requirements and prevent customer service interruptions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in the Orion order management platform
• Knowledge of Business VoiceEdge product architecture and design standards
• Ability to manage workload effectively within allotted timeframes
