Job Summary

Telephony Product Manager, who will manage telephony infrastructure across global support operations in a full-time role, optimizing routing and vendor relationships to enhance customer support efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze telephony spend and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and onboarding
  • Oversee routing configuration and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management or technical program management
  • Technical proficiency in reading API documentation and understanding telecom concepts
  • Strong SQL skills for cost analysis and business case development
  • Experience in vendor management and conducting commercial negotiations
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and manage multiple workstreams
