Job Summary
Telephony Product Manager, who will manage telephony infrastructure across global support operations in a full-time role, optimizing routing and vendor relationships to enhance customer support efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze telephony spend and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and onboarding
- Oversee routing configuration and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or technical program management
- Technical proficiency in reading API documentation and understanding telecom concepts
- Strong SQL skills for cost analysis and business case development
- Experience in vendor management and conducting commercial negotiations
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and manage multiple workstreams
