Job Summary

Owning the telephony infrastructure for global support operations, the full-time Telephony Product Manager will manage relationships with voice and communications providers, optimize routing and costs, and drive channel strategy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the telephony product roadmap and translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Conduct commercial negotiations with telecom or SaaS providers and oversee vendor management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, legal, and finance teams to manage multiple workstreams
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management or technical program management, preferably in contact center technology or customer operations
  • Technical proficiency in reading API documentation and understanding routing logic and telecom billing models
  • Strong SQL skills for ad-hoc analysis and experience in building cost models
  • Proven track record in vendor management and conducting commercial negotiations
  • Ability to own a product roadmap, write PRDs, and drive execution alongside engineering teams
