Telephony Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution for telephony and voice product lines, the full-time remote Telephony Product Manager will define multi-year strategies, manage partnerships, and ensure product alignment with market demands and customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage the telephony and voice product strategy, including PBX interoperability and call control architecture
- Prioritize the release schedule and roadmap for telephony platforms based on market demand and technical feasibility
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with partner product and engineering teams to align roadmaps and resolve integration issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in product management with a focus on telephony, PBX, UC, or voice infrastructure products
- Strong understanding of telephony technology, including PBX/SIP concepts and call control APIs
- Working knowledge of the UCaaS and CCaaS market and competitive dynamics
- Proven ability to define and drive technical strategy and integration architecture
