Job Summary
Supporting the deployment of Zoom and Polycom Phone products, the full-time remote Telephony Project Manager will track project deliverables, manipulate and upload spreadsheets, perform quality assurance on data sets, and assist in process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Track and update project deliverables related to Zoom phone implementations across retail branches
- Manipulate and upload spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity through quality assurance checks
- Participate in project meetings and provide support to the Product Delivery Manager, including tracking daily deployments and suggesting process improvements
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as a technology Project Coordinator
- 8-10 years of experience using PC in a business environment, including proficiency in MS Office
- Highly proficient in Monday.com and Excel, with strong technical problem-solving skills
- Beginner-level experience in using AI for problem-solving
- Experience with Tableau dashboarding is preferred but not required
