Job Summary
Supporting the deployment of Zoom and Polycom phone products, the full-time Telephony Project Manager will manage project deliverables, perform data integrity checks, and assist in improving deployment processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Track and update project deliverables related to Zoom phone implementation across retail branches
- Manipulate and upload spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy through quality-assurance checks
- Participate in project meetings and assist the Product Delivery Manager in monitoring daily deployments and suggesting process improvements
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as a technology Project Coordinator
- 8-10 years of experience using PCs in a business environment, including MS Office
- Highly proficient in Monday.com
- Beginner-level experience in using or developing AI solutions
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
