Job Summary

Supporting the deployment of Zoom and Polycom phone products, the full-time Telephony Project Manager will manage project deliverables, perform data integrity checks, and assist in improving deployment processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Track and update project deliverables related to Zoom phone implementation across retail branches
  • Manipulate and upload spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy through quality-assurance checks
  • Participate in project meetings and assist the Product Delivery Manager in monitoring daily deployments and suggesting process improvements
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience as a technology Project Coordinator
  • 8-10 years of experience using PCs in a business environment, including MS Office
  • Highly proficient in Monday.com
  • Beginner-level experience in using or developing AI solutions
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
