Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for Call Center telephony systems
  • Troubleshoot telephony and user-related issues
  • Assist with IVR administration and updates
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support, telephony support, or call center systems
  • Exposure to Cisco telephony platforms preferred
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and IVR functionality
  • Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Healthcare or call center experience is a plus
