Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Call Center telephony systems
- Troubleshoot telephony and user-related issues
- Assist with IVR administration and updates
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, telephony support, or call center systems
- Exposure to Cisco telephony platforms preferred
- Basic understanding of call center environments and IVR functionality
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- Healthcare or call center experience is a plus
