Telesales Agent

Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Telesales Agent.

Position Responsibilities

• Build rapport with prospective members, assess their needs, and offer appropriate solutions to convert callers to customers
• Provide general information and answer questions regarding Devoted products and value proposition to prospective members over the phone
• Meet and consistently exceed sales quotas, and activity goals

Required Qualifications

• Valid/current state health insurance license (or ability to acquire prior to start date)
• At least 1 year of experience in telesales/teleservice and/or sales preferred
• Ability to adopt and navigate through different systems and tech platforms
• Bilingual for English and Spanish (professional and fluent levels in both) preferred but not required
• Ability to work a set schedule in accordance with business needs to include weekends/evenings
