Telesales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telesales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
• Enter and update customer information in the database and keep records of calls and sales
• Meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales through high-volume outreach

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 5+ years of experience in telesales or a related sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs, including CRM software
• Ability to learn about and explain products and services to prospects
• Must be able to work part-time, ideally on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
