Telesales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telesales Specialist, RSG to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for customer registrations in community training courses and retail product purchases
• Act as a consultant to identify customer training and product needs, recommending appropriate solutions
• Document and update all cases in Salesforce, manage credit card transactions, and achieve sales revenue targets

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED certificate; higher education is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience within a call center
• Ability to effectively multi-task across multiple system platforms
• Proven consumer sales skills; product sales experience is a plus
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and Salesforce.com or similar CRM applications
