Teletriage Nurse Practitioner License Required

Job Summary

To support an integrated model of care, the part-time Teletriage Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will provide primary-care and acute psychiatry services remotely, requiring a valid license in NC, IN, KY, VA, or OH.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide primary-care and acute psychiatry services following site-specific protocols
• Utilize clinical judgment to triage patient needs and manage multiple communications based on acuity
• Establish and maintain effective communication with facility staff and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current and valid license to practice advanced practice nursing or physician assistant in NC, IN, KY, VA, or OH
• Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine preferred
• Experience in assisted living facilities (ALF) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF) desired
• All necessary certifications must be current and valid
