Job Summary
An investigative and risk-mitigation services company is in need of a Telework Background Investigator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting background investigations for the purpose of determining employment suitability of persons who require access to sensitive or classified U.S. Government information
- Conducting face-to-face interview with the subject and his/her neighbors, employers, friends, and family
- Performing record searches at police agencies, courthouses, educational institutions, financial institutions, and medical/mental health facilities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Four years of general work experience or a bachelor's degree
- Obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance
- Ten plus years of history including items such as residence, education, employment, financial, medical, and personal recordsU.S. citizenship
- Excellent organizational, scheduling and prioritization skills
- Maintain high level of confidentiality, ethics and integrity
- Excellent writing and communication skills
