Job Summary
A provider of business software solutions to the manufacturing, distribution, retail, and services industries is filling a position for a Remote Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Testing, training and troubleshooting system for customer, providing initial level of support for assigned product
- Generating interest of customers in additional products and services
- Being responsible for timely entry of time and expenses in project accounting system
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree - business, MIS, IS, education or related degree
- Five plus years consulting, business application training or customer support experience in the software industry
- ERP software experience
- Previous experience with financials software or experience in the financial services industry
- Effective teaching, excellent verbal/written communication skills and PC skills required
