Job Summary

An organization dedicated to empowering urban youth to develop healthy bodies, hearts, and minds, and ultimately to emerge as leaders in their schools and communities needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mentorship Program Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Developing mentee and mentor recruitment materials, including advertisements, info sheets, and applications
• Engaging five to eight camp alumni from a pool of pre-identified candidates for participation
• Recruiting five to eight mentors, including a rigorous interview process

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Two plus years of experience working with underserved youth; passion for youth development work
• Strong project/program management skills
• Extremely strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently/remotely
