Job Summary
A retail pharmacy is filling a position for a Teleworking Region Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working to identify opportunities, develop strategies, present recommendations and implement programs
- Driving effective sales, prescription and service strategies
- Working on enhancing customers interactions with our stores and pharmacies
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Track record of achieving results in a complex environment
- Demonstrated track record of successful leadership in a highly competitive multi-unit environment
- Experience in retail, healthcare, CPG, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals
- Ability to understand and break down highly complex situations to deliver impactful solutions in real time
