Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Temote Technology Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Ensure delivery of SMB customer reports, including insights and suggestions as required
- Act as liaison to cross-functional teams as needed
- Understand employee satisfaction and present Net Promoter Score (NPS) to client
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in a high-performance account management capacity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with a ticketing system
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Group Benefits consulting/administration
