Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Temote Technology Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure delivery of SMB customer reports, including insights and suggestions as required
  • Act as liaison to cross-functional teams as needed
  • Understand employee satisfaction and present Net Promoter Score (NPS) to client

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in a high-performance account management capacity
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with a ticketing system
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Group Benefits consulting/administration
