Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temp Senior Workday Analyst who will support, enhance, and optimize the Workday HCM landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot Workday integrations and support the design and deployment of new integrations
- Lead the configuration and optimization of Core HCM foundation elements and manage support tickets for system issues
- Act as the primary administrator for the Workday Absence module and ensure compliance with internal policies and legislation
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM, specifically in system configuration and functional administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience administering the Workday Absence module
- Expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, dashboards, and business process configuration
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Experience with ticketing systems to manage and resolve escalations
