Job Summary
Supporting the Account Management Team on an as-needed basis, the on-call Temporary Account Coordinator will manage client orders, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and input client orders into the internal project management system
- Maintain production schedules based on client needs and deadlines
- Communicate project statuses and customer feedback to the Account Management team
Required Qualifications
- Experience with MS Office 365 suite of tools
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on immediate needs
- Experience with Smartsheets is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
