Job Summary

Leading a high-profile YouTube engagement, the part-time Temporary Associate Account Director will manage client relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure operational excellence while working remotely for up to 15 hours per week through February 2027, with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day client lead, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders
• Lead and support a cross-functional team, fostering a calm and solutions-oriented environment
• Oversee project management aspects, including scope, budgets, and timelines, while maintaining high work quality

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of account management experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Experience leading digital, social, or creator-led programs
• Familiarity with YouTube content, channel, or creator programs is a plus
• Proven ability to manage global stakeholders across time zones
• Strong communication skills across various platforms and client interactions
