Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Accounting Associate for Parental Leave Coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the accounting team with day-to-day operations, focusing on accounts payable, employee reimbursements, and travel expenses
- Enter vendor invoices into the Ramp and ERP systems and manage employee reimbursements
- Participate in monthly close processes, support corporate audits, and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in an accounts payable role is required
- Competent in U.S. GAAP standards
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with large data sets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
