Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Accounting Associate for Parental Leave Coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the accounting team with day-to-day operations, focusing on accounts payable, employee reimbursements, and travel expenses
  • Enter vendor invoices into the Ramp and ERP systems and manage employee reimbursements
  • Participate in monthly close processes, support corporate audits, and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in an accounts payable role is required
  • Competent in U.S. GAAP standards
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with large data sets
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
