Job Summary
Processing Provider invoices and addressing billing inquiries, the part-time Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist will work remotely to ensure accurate invoicing and assist with payment-related questions from both Providers and the Contact Center.
Key responsibilities
- Process Provider invoices for back-up care in accordance with contract payment terms
- Generate client invoices using accounting software and ensure accurate billing amounts
- Assist in resolving billing questions and inquiries from Providers and the Contact Center
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
- 1 year of accounting or billing experience preferred
- 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software and basic Microsoft Office applications
