Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temp AR Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding claims with insurance carriers to resolve payment variances
• Examine denied claims to identify reasons and correct them for reprocessing
• Draft and submit appeals to insurance carriers to resolve denials

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably in healthcare
• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of medical records
• Experience working independently and in groups with minimal supervision
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
