Job Summary
To support financial operations, the part-time Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage customer payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain financial records while collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Process electronic deposits and apply customer payments to invoices accurately and timely
- Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal partners to resolve account inquiries efficiently
- Analyze payment trends and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cash flow
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Minimum of two years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
