Job Summary

Providing administrative and project support to the People & Culture team, the full-time Temporary Administrative Assistant will manage Excel reports, perform data entry, and create PowerPoint presentations while working remotely during standard West Coast business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Run, update, and maintain Excel reports
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist with reporting and administrative projects as assigned
Required qualifications
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must be available to start immediately
  • Must have reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace
