Job Summary
Providing administrative and project support to the People & Culture team, the full-time Temporary Administrative Assistant will manage Excel reports, perform data entry, and create PowerPoint presentations while working remotely during standard West Coast business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Run, update, and maintain Excel reports
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations
- Assist with reporting and administrative projects as assigned
Required qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be available to start immediately
- Must have reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace
