Job Summary
Supporting the Product Development teams, the part-time Temporary Administrative Assistant will manage invoices, purchase requests, and general administrative coordination in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review, process, and submit invoices for approval, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
- Obtain quotes and manage purchase requests, tracking them until purchase orders are issued
- Coordinate office supply orders and team events, ensuring proper logistics and setup
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative, operations, or accounting support, preferably in manufacturing or engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with OnBase and Concur is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
- Self-starter who can manage tasks independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
