Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Administrative Specialist - Team Member Housing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the administration of the Team Member Housing program, ensuring efficient coordination of leasing activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from on-site teams and regional liaisons, ensuring compliance with program procedures
  • Assist with data accuracy, conduct audits, and compile reports to enhance program efficiency and team member satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of on-site operations experience required
  • Knowledge and experience in multi-family property management
  • High School diploma or GED, or equivalent employment history demonstrating relevant experience
  • Proficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi, Real Page, Entrata, or One Site)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to execute housing lease responsibilities
