Job Summary
A company is looking for an Admissions Coordinator-Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess readiness for service and provide feedback for candidate progression
- Review applications using assessment tools and evaluate candidates based on established criteria
- Support interview scheduling and follow up with candidates to ensure completion of reference forms
Required Qualifications
- Passion for national service and commitment to fostering a strong AmeriCorps cohort
- Experience in admissions or program coordination in education, nonprofit, or mission-driven environments
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships in a remote work setting
- Exceptional presentation skills for engaging and persuasive communication
- Familiarity with CRM systems or applicant tracking systems is preferred
