Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Reader for the Admissions department.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate first-year applications, including high school transcripts, essays, and recommendation letters
• Commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week during Early Decision review and 20 hours per week during Regular Decision review
• Conduct reviews online, maintaining confidentiality and discretion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Well-developed computer skills and ability to adapt to new technology
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to internalize feedback and adapt to suggested modifications
