Temporary Agile Transformation Coach
Job Summary
Partnering with the Technology Digital & Innovation Office, the full-time Temporary Agile Transformation Coach will apply Agile and Lean principles to enhance delivery, collaboration, and transparency within the organization's Capability Operating Model, serving as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and mature the Capability Operating Model by defining scalable agile practices and improving operational frameworks
- Coach Capability Owners and teams on agile principles, facilitating prioritization and continuous improvement
- Develop training materials and reusable templates while promoting experimentation and assessing team maturity for effective Agile adoption
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience leading Agile transformations or coaching organizations through Agile adoption
- Experience implementing Product or Capability Operating Models within complex organizations
- Agile certification (e.g., ICAgile, CEC, SPC, CSP, PSM) preferred
- Professional services or consulting experience preferred
