Temporary AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative AI solutions, the part-time Temporary AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning applications remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities and streamline processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of production AI solutions for complex business use cases
• Build and optimize data and modeling infrastructure for rapid development of predictive models
• Evaluate and implement AI technologies, ensuring integration with existing applications and workflows

Required qualifications

• Credentialed actuary with a Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation or a Master's in Public Health (MPH) with relevant experience
• 10+ years of health risk adjustment experience and 5+ years in designing production predictive models
• Strong software engineering skills and deep statistical modeling expertise
• Experience with large language models and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments
• Strong understanding of modern machine learning concepts
